Liat is the internal auditor of the organization and of the companies in the group, including Zur Shamir Group, Zur Shamir Holdings, Bituach Yashir Financial Investments, Edgar Investments and Nima.

Before joining the Zur Shamir Group she worked at the accounting firms PWC (Kesselman & Kesselman) and Barlev & Co., from pre-internship to senior management positions. In addition, Liat served as the internal auditor at the Bituach Yashir Insurance Company. 

Liat has over 20 years of professional experience in the worlds of internal auditing, legislative auditing and risk management.

She is a Certified Public Accountant by training, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in accounting.
