The People of Mimun Yashir

Liat Shmueli - Lichtenstein joined Direct Finance in 2008 and has been outlining the company’s human resources strategy and policy since then. In her position, she helps managers at all levels achieve their business goals through close quarters accompaniment and consulting, builds development plans, and ensures employee well-being. In parallel, she also manages the payroll and logistics departments.

Liat advocates a meticulous combination between the concern and development of the organization’s human capital and the organization’s commitment and responsibility to society and the environment in which we live.

 
Over the years, thanks to Liat’s activities, Mimun Yashir has achieved 13th place on the list of the best companies to work for in Israel, and 3rd place among financial institutions.

Liat holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Tel Aviv University.

In her free time, she takes part in community activities and travels with her 3 sons.
