The People of Mimun Yashir

Shmulik Bar Chen began his career at Mimun Yashir right with its establishment in 2006. As one of the founding members of the management team, he was a key partner in transforming Mimun Yashir into one of the leading non-banking credit companies in Israel. 

Over the years, he has successfully held several senior positions, including Field Sales Manager, VP of Sales, and CEO of the startup CARWIZ, which is owned by Mimun Yashir.

After leading achievements in the automotive sector, in 2024 Shmulik was appointed CEO of Minum Yashir Mortgages, a subsidiary of Minum Yashir, and is successfully advancing the company towards its main goal - A market share of approximately 3% of the mortgage market within five years. 

As in his previous roles, he continues to lead successfully at Minum Yashir Mortgages through a management approach that focuses on expanding technological solutions in the lending sector, in conjunction with professional development and the drive of excellence among employees and managers.

Shmulik is married to Avital, and they have 3 children. 

In his free time, he reads books, watches movies, and never skips a workout at the gym.
