Oren Shkedi joined the senior management team of Mimun Yashir in 2010 and since then he has successfully led the company’s ongoing financial and accounting management team, as well as business development in these areas.

Thanks to flexible and creative thinking and a profound understanding of the company’s needs, Oren brings about achievements that successfully align with the organization’s goals, in each of the three departments under his responsibility:

• Capital Raising Department – which deals with developing financial tools for raising funds for the company, including securitization and assignment of rights of loan portfolios, raising lines of credit from banks, collaborations with investors, managing rating processes, executing hedging transactions, etc.
• Accounting and Bookkeeping Department – specializing in the professional financial and accounting management of the company and monitoring budgets and financial statements.
• The Economic Department – where all stages of planning and control of the company’s budget are carried out, including drafting economic forecasts and formulating policies for dealing with business challenges.

Oren has extensive experience in the field of finance and previously served as the CFO of ‘Shikun & Binui Energy’, as the CFO of ‘Rapid Vision’ and as the auditor and Director of the Training Department at the accounting firm of ‘KPMG Somekh Chaikin’.

In his free time, Oren delves into history, specializing in the World War II period, and also mans the DJ equipment to create and present melodic techno music.
